About the Role:
The Garage Authority and NK Elite Design in Home division is looking for a talented and driven Commissioned Sales Designer to join our team in Arden, NC! This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who thrives on turning client visions into reality while earning based on their own success. Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget
• Develop and present customized design concepts and proposals to prospective clients
• Drive sales through lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals
• Manage client relationships from initial consultation through project completion
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design specifications are met
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, products, and materials
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and commission goals

Requirements:

• Previous experience in commissioned sales, interior design, or a related field preferred
• Strong eye for design, aesthetics, and spatial planning
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
• Proficiency with design software or CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
• Must be located in or willing to commute to the Arden, NC area
