Title: Forward Deployment Engineer
Location: Sunnyvale, California
Expereince/JD requirement
- Platform expertise: Gemini CX (primary) - agent architectures, generative workflow orchestration, multimodal deployment; baseline experience with Customer Engagement Suite (CES) and Contact Center AI (CCAI - Dialogflow CX/ES, Agent Assist, CCAI Insights)
- Not mandatory but preferred: Prior participation in the GECX bootcamp (pass status a plus); Google Cloud certifications across Gemini CX, CES, and CCAI.
- Core engineering competencies: Agent building, backend integrations, secure API architecture, data pipelines, telemetry, and custom tooling
- Role: Forward Deployed Engineer, embedded directly into enterprise customer environments (online and on-site) to design, build, and deploy Gemini CX solutions
- Engagement models: Flexible across Time & Materials, capacity-based pods, and output/milestone structures
- Preferred Domain: Telecom
