M&A Associate
FLS is looking to add a strong M&A Associate to support execution of our global inorganic growth agenda. This is a hands-on role in a lean team, with direct involvement in live transactions. The candidate will be expected to take ownership across the full deal lifecycle: from initial analysis through due diligence, signing, and into integration.
Profile
36 years in Investment Banking (M&A), Corporate M&A, or advisory (Big 4)
Strong financial and accounting fundamentals
Practical transaction experience in end-to-end M&A processes (beyond preparing materials)
Fluent in English
Role
Build and run financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, Comps; LBOs a plus)
Prepare clear, decision-oriented materials for senior management (investment cases, memos)
Manage IRLs and VDRs
Coordinate cross-functional due diligence (finance, legal, tax, IT, operations)
Work with external advisors and internal stakeholders
Identify key risks and value drivers early
Support offers (NBOs/LOIs), SPA process, and execution through closing
Contribute to integration planning
