JOB DESCRIPTION :


Skills Required:

• Strong architectural experience with Ruby on Rails
• Deep understanding of OOP, MVC frameworks, and API design patterns
• Proficiency with React.JS
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, or similar technologies
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Strong grasp of performance optimization, security standards, and automated testing
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Role & Responsibilities:

• Design and define technical architecture for scalable RoR-based platforms
• Provide architectural leadership across web and mobile initiatives, ensuring consistency in design and implementation
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other engineers to align technical decisions with business objectives
• Lead the development and optimization of RESTful APIs and microservices
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor engineering teams
• Ensure application security, performance tuning, and DevOps readiness
• Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to the technology roadmap
