Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) nurse at a healthcare facility located in Plattsburgh, NY. Job Details

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Neurohemorrhagic Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required; minimum of 1 year telemetry experience required; experience with insulin drips, cardiac drips, starting IVs, and post cardiac catheterization procedures; Epic experience within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable; New York state nursing license or proof of application with applied date required at time of submission.
• Preferred Qualifications: None listed.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: IVS to OFFER; available shifts are Monday to Sunday with no block schedules; bi-weekly orientations on Monday; all employment gaps over 90 days must be explained; complete work history information required for submission; reliable transportation is strongly recommended due to limited public transportation options.
