Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Manual Machinist to join our team in Omaha, NE. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining manual machining equipment to produce high-quality components. • Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, and other machining equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Measure and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with company policies.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
• Proven experience as a Manual Machinist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and techniques.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a machining environment.
