As a Master's Level Clinician, you will play a vital role in helping children, adults and families build resilience and achieve meaningful progress. Clinicians receive training in evidence-based practices, collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams, and benefit from both individual and team supervision. Primary Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain trusting therapeutic relationships with children, adults and families
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy services as assigned
• Collaborate with treatment teams, families, schools, and community partners
• Track client progress and adjust interventions as clinically appropriate
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Required:

• Master’s degree in a recognized clinical discipline required
• Completion of a clinical practicum required for some roles
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid PA driver’s license and auto insurance

Preferred:

• Pennsylvania licensure or license eligibility (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist)
• LSW or NCC credential
• Experience providing assessments, diagnosis, and therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families
• Knowledge of trauma-informed treatment approaches
