This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional to take ownership of the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes while leading a small team and supporting senior stakeholders across the business.Reporting into senior finance leadership, the FP&A Manager will play a key role in driving commercial decision-making through insightful analysis, robust financial modelling and strong financial controls.The RoleKey responsibilities will include:Leading the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processesDeveloping and maintaining complex financial models to support strategic decision-makingDelivering insightful management information and performance analysis to senior stakeholdersSupporting business planning, investment appraisals and scenario analysisIdentifying trends, risks and opportunities through detailed financial analysisManaging and developing a small FP&A team of 2-3 staffBusiness partnering with operational and commercial leaders across the organisationSupporting month-end and year-end reporting processesEnsuring strong financial governance and controls are maintainedThe CandidateThe successful FP&A Manager will:Be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)Have strong FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting and financial modellingPossess excellent technical accounting knowledge and a strong financial controls backgroundDemonstrate previous experience managing or mentoring a small teamBe highly analytical, with the ability to interpret complex financial dataHave strong stakeholder management and business partnering skillsBe comfortable influencing and challenging senior decision-makersPossess advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilitiesSalary & Benefits70,000 - 75,000 salaryHybrid working patternsLeeds City Centre locationAnnual bonusPension schemeProfessional development opportunitiesCareer progression within a growing businessThis is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially focused finance professional looking to join a growing organisation where they can make a genuine impact and play a key role in driving business performance.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
