Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial HVAC systems Perform routine preventive maintenance on heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment Install and service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related componentsTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related HVAC issues Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and recommendations Complete service documentation, work orders, and maintenance records accurately Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety codes and industry standards Requirements: Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician (residential and/or commercial) EPA 608 Refrigerant Handling Certification required Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field About Us: SLATECO HEATING AND COOLING LLC is a trusted HVAC service provider based in Roseto, PA, dedicated to keeping homes and businesses comfortable in every season.
