What You’ll Lead:
- Drive excellence across all community operations, balancing quality care with strong financial performance
- Inspire, mentor, and elevate your team to deliver their very best every day
- Build powerful local relationships that grow community presence and trust
- Ensure compliance while maintaining the highest standards of care and service
What You Bring:
- Healthcare leadership experience (long-term care preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
