Delivery Manager

Role Description

Viseven is looking for a talented and driven Delivery Manager to join our extended Delivery network and contribute to high-impact initiatives across our portfolio. This role is designed for professionals who value flexibility, meaningful challenges, and the opportunity to bring their expertise to projects where strong delivery leadership makes a real difference.

• Identify potential sales opportunities for the sales team.
• Support the Sales team in gathering requirements to develop a solution fit with a strong value proposition.
• Perform initial scoping and analyze incoming requests for completeness for production (using standards of tech task, etc.).
• Evaluate incoming requests.
• Identify key technical objectives and provide solution recommendations while performing business processes and management consulting analysis for Customer.
• Manage client project portfolio (budgeting, resources planning, risk management, projects execution, etc.).
• Coordinate resources, onboard project teams, and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope, and mitigate risks.
• Support all changes in the process to align with customer process.
• Manage customer expectations, monitor, and increase client satisfaction.
• Manage request changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs.
• Perform risk management.
• Perform priority management.
• Closely cooperate with Account Manager to provide technical and quality expertise for the customer.
• Growth and develop customer's channels.
• Gather customer's evaluation of delivery service.
• Improve quality of delivery service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience as a Delivery Manager, Portfolio/Program Manager, Product Owner, or Project Management.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good sales skill set and mindset.
• Quick thinking and ability to deal with a high volume of quick projects.
• Desire to learn new technologies, deep dive into details, and troubleshoot problems.
• Experience in managing/coordinating projects from proposal to closure.
• Understanding of business policies and procedures.
• Technical background.
• Experience with account/project management tools, like Jira, MS Office, CRMs.
• Flexibility and readiness to participate in business trips, including domestic and international travel, based on project and business needs.
