During the recruitment, interview, and onboarding process, applicants are informed that caregiver assignments, schedules, and service locations may vary based on business operations, staffing needs, client care demands, payer source requirements, and case availability. While caregiver preferences may be considered when operationally feasible, specific locations, schedules, hours, or client types cannot be guaranteed. We are seeking caregivers who are able to maintain consistent attendance, fulfill assigned schedules, and commit to client care responsibilities.
