You’ll help bring beauty products to life through engaging live shopping shows, fun social content, and hands‑on marketing campaigns. This is an amazing opportunity for a recent graduate looking to break into marketing, beauty, or digital media - and grow with a company that’s redefining how people shop online. What You’ll Do Help plan, schedule, and run live auctions that keep audiences engaged Stage and organize products so everything’s ready to shine on camera Moderate live chat streams, keeping the conversation lively and professional Assist on‑air hosts with smooth transitions and product handoffs Brainstorm and support marketing strategies that bring in new viewers Recruit and onboard new talent for future auction slots ✅ What We’re Looking For Clear communicator with strong written & verbal English Comfortable with computers, mobile apps, and learning new platforms Super organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Positive, team‑oriented mindset — someone who brings great energy Familiarity with beauty, skincare, and lifestyle brands (bonus points if you’re a fan already) Background in marketing, recruiting, or events is a plus — but not required What You’ll Gain Hands‑on experience in live commerce — one of the fastest‑growing areas in beauty & retail A creative, collaborative team environment that values new ideas Opportunities to grow in marketing, talent recruitment, and digital media Competitive pay: $25/hour + benefits after 90 days Based at our office in NW Pompano Beach Late mornings through evenings, with some weekend shifts to match live auction schedules This isn’t just another behind‑the‑desk job.
