Job Duration:LongTerm Contract(Possibility Of Extension) Pay Rate : $45/hr on W2 Company Benefits: Medical, PaidSick leave, 401K Seeking an AssociateScientist to support purification process development, characterization,scale-up, and technology transfer for biologics in pivotal and commercialdevelopment . The role involves hands‑on laboratory work, processoptimization, GMP manufacturing support, and collaboration with internal andexternal partners. Key Responsibilities Designand execute purification process development and characterization studies. Performlaboratory-scale purification experiments and analyze experimental data. Supportprocess scale-up, technology transfer, and implementation atinternal and external GMP manufacturing facilities. Developand document experimental protocols, reports, and electronic laboratoryrecords. Providetechnical support for manufacturing investigations and atypical events. Supportpurification platform development and evaluation of new technologies. Mentorjunior team members on purification strategies, experimental design, andprocess transfer. Collaboratecross-functionally with Process Development, Manufacturing, Quality, andexternal partners. Maintainlaboratory operations, equipment, compliance, safety, and data integritystandards. Required Qualifications MS+ 2 years or BS + 4 years of relevant experience in Chemical Engineering,Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or related discipline. Stronghands-on experience with biologics purification process development . Preferred TechnicalSkills Chromatographyand AKTA/UNICORN TangentialFlow Filtration ( TFF ) NormalFlow Filtration ( NFF ) Centrifugation High-throughputpurification screening Processscale-up and GMP technology transfer Designof Experiments (DoE), statistics, and data analysis JMPand/or Spotfire Laboratoryautomation and data-management tools #J-18808-Ljbffr Dawar Consulting
