Remote Accounting Specialist I — Tax & Reconciliation

Arizona Department of Transportation is seeking an Accounting Specialist 1 to process and validate monthly/quarterly fuel tax reports from suppliers and IFTA carriers. You will analyze reports for completeness, communicate discrepancies to stakeholders, and prepare notices including penalty calculations for noncompliant payees. The role supports ledger reconciliations and is eligible for a remote work arrangement within Arizona up to two days per week, with a flexible statewide program. #J-18808-Ljbffr Arizona State Government
