Our ideal candidate must be in EST time zone, preferably within easy commuting distance of locations in Cincinnati, OH.**Responsibilities**Project Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Manage the complete project process from award date through project closeout.* Main customer focus is on the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) business* Collaborate with customers, vendors, contractors, and owners to ensure on time delivery.* Develop and manage multiple project schedules.* Monitor progress of overall construction activities.* Lead calls with management to review job site issues, work schedules, sub-contractor performance, and workflow efficiency* Organize and schedule regular vendor meetings which provide updates on deliveries, technical issues, documentation, etc.* Organize and schedule regular customer updates on all aspects of the project.* Review and approve suggested changes by either customers or vendors and coordinate appropriate updates to scheduling and other timeline activities.**Qualifications*** Experience in Industrial Inside Sales or Project Management. Minimum 3 – 5 years preferred.* Previous experience and/or knowledge of EPC business preferred* Knowledge of PVF materials and processes.* Projects are mainly in the Power and Heavy Industry fields.* Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and focus on quality output.* Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate commercial and technical specifications.* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PDF software.* Strong organizational skills* Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with ability to coordinate several major activities simultaneously.* Customer service oriented with excellent leadership and negotiation skills.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with all levels of the organization* Team player with the aptitude for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and building relationships with team members, vendors and customers.At Ferguson, we care for each other.
