Immediate Need – Interim Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
The Mariemont Care Center – Cincinnati, OH

The Mariemont Care Center is seeking an experienced Interim Nursing Home Administrator for an immediate start . This is a paid interim role for a strong leader who can step in quickly, stabilize operations, and ensure regulatory compliance in a long-term care setting.

This position is on-site and not remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide immediate leadership and oversight of daily facility operations
Ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations
Lead department heads and hold teams accountable
Manage survey readiness, complaint investigations, and regulatory follow-up
Oversee census development, admissions, and customer service efforts
Monitor staffing, budgets, and operational performance

Requirements:

Active Ohio Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) – required
Previous Nursing Home Administrator experience in long-term care – required
Strong regulatory, survey, and compliance knowledge
Ability to start immediately and work independently
Decisive, hands-on leadership style

Compensation:

Competitive interim pay — will pay based on experience
Immediate start available
