Job Description
Join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Technician, where you will be responsible for electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs, along with basic facilities duties involving HVAC systems and other maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on various facilities systems.
• Handle basic HVAC duties, including changing filters.
• Repair and maintain dock doors, including levelers.
• Perform basic electrical tasks.
• Carry out painting, building maintenance, and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Engage in cleaning and upkeep of the facility.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of experience in building/facilities maintenance.
• Experience working on dock doors, including levelers.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Basic electrical skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Boom lift or scissor lift experience preferred.

Work Environment
The work environment includes a choice of shifts, with Day Shift from 6am to 4:30pm and Night Shift from 2pm to 10:30pm. You will work with a variety of equipment and tools, including boom lifts or scissor lifts for specific tasks like gutter work.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
