Location: Odessa, TX Type: Full Time – In Office position Responsibilities/Competencies Exporting and importing employee time Balancing reported time against imports Processing payroll additions and wage deductions Processing child support payments to multi-states Processing payroll garnishments General payroll duties Help maintain and improve payroll procedures, checklists, and simple internal controls to ensure accuracy, continuity, and compliance Process weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy and applicable laws Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and payroll policies Support internal and external audits by providing requested payroll documentation Requirements Excellent data entry skills Accounts Payable experience 1 or more years Detail oriented, accurate Work as a team in a fast-paced environment Punctuality and attendance is critical Maintain confidentiality of information Maintain expected dress code requirements The satisfactory completion of a credit check is required for this position. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to walk the property and laydown yards.
