Managing reporter relationships, the full-time salaried Court Reporter Relations Coordinator will handle onboarding, inbox management, and ensure a seamless experience for court reporters in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Oversee the onboarding process and manage reporter relationships to maintain a strong network Coordinate operational tasks including inbox triage and event planning to support team needs Collaborate across departments such as billing and marketing to enhance the court reporter experience Required qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in high-volume onboarding, project coordination, or client relations Experience in court reporting or legal services is preferred Proficiency with tools such as Zendesk and Asana Self-directed with the ability to work autonomously Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with court reporters
