Physician - Family Practice

We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Wisconsin. This opportunity starts on Aug 4, 2025, and entails day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will engage in general basic family practice, treating patients of all ages and operating within a Tribal Health setting. Job Details Location : Wisconsin Start Date : Aug 4, 2025 LOA : 120 days Provider Type Needed : Family Practice Physician Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p Responsibilities and Duties Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages. Conduct examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using the Intergy EMR system. Additional Information Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Suboxone certifications are necessary. Experience in a Tribal Health or rural setting is preferred. Licensure in Wisconsin is required.
