OB/GYN Physician

Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding an OB/GYN Physician to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Gotham Health, Broadway , an ambulatory FQHC community‑based practice focused on primary and preventive care. Opportunity Details 40‑hour work week with required late evening and weekend coverage as part of the standard scheduling rotation. Treat acute conditions in: Gynecology cases Obstetrics cases Provide care for an underserved patient population and help improve the quality of life for New York City residents. Qualifications Board Certification or Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Compensation and Benefits Annual base salary is $296,000* (board eligible) or $301,000* (board certified) based on a 40‑hour work week. Additional compensation is available for extra sessional/per diem hours. The estimated annual total value of the compensation package is $395,800** (board eligible) or $401,300** (board certified), including baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors. Estimated additional compensation: $70,200*** for 10 extra sessional/per diem hours worked per week. 401(k) company contribution: 3% of base earnings immediately vested; 7% after one year of service. Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) reimbursement. Generous annual paid time off (PTO): vacation, sick, holiday, and CME days.
