Paralegal & Compliance Associate (P1)

Summary The Paralegal / Compliance Associate will help administer compliance and ethics processes and provide general paralegal and administrative support for the Office of General Counsel. What You A0Will Be Doing (Essential Duties) Assist in tracking compliance and ethics matters delegated to the Office of General Counsel, obtain and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders – including donors – about these matters, and maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date electronic records of assigned matters. (65%) Provide general administrative support to the Office of General Counsel, including submitting invoices for payment, reviewing monthly expenses for accuracy, helping to plan team meetings, and ensuring compliance with agency-wide policies and procedures. (15%) Prepare and file regulatory reports on behalf of Save the Children and its affiliates; perform other job duties as may be required (10%) Provide administrative support to the Vice President and General Counsel, including managing calendars and logistics for internal and external meetings, preparing travel arrangements and expense reports, and drafting correspondence as requested.
