Quality Assurance Coordinator

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator - 3rd Shift for an onsite position with a Global Aerospace Manufacturer located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. Compensation: $29.00 - $39.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications Schedule: 9pm-5:30am, Monday-Friday Position Overview The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the Quality Assurance audits and monitoring functions within the plant to assure compliance with company and regulatory policies, procedures, and specifications. The ideal candidate will assess non-compliant issues, propose solutions, and proactively engage with Production and Quality Management staff to problem-solve and identify preventative measures. Key Responsibilities Coordinate Quality Assurance audits and monitoring functions to ensure compliance Assess non-compliant and non-conforming issues to determine causes and propose solutions to prevent recurrence Proactively engage with Production and Quality Management staff to problem-solve issues and identify preventative measures Perform document control and development actions (forms, procedures, internal specifications) Assume responsibility for maintaining and updating quality records including approved vendor list, auditor qualification list, record retention, audit schedule and quality portal Data collection, tabulation and reporting Primary Requirements High School Diploma or GED 1 year of related experience Proficient in MS Office based programs Effective verbal and communication skills Desired Skills SAP experience Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
