Manufacturing Operations Coordinator

The Manufacturing Operations Coordinator is a critical plant operations role responsible for ensuring accurate system execution, production reconciliation, workforce administration, and operational continuity across manufacturing. This dual-accountability role serves as the backbone of production system integrity and people process execution, particularly in plants operating with elevated team member models. Production Coordinators will continue to provide SAP support and assist with staffing and scheduling; oversee administrative and production workflow tasks, including starting and confirming process orders, linking raw material and syrup batches to production orders, and addressing system-generated issues; and perform administrative tasks, including Team Member staffing and scheduling.

Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,900 - $73,250. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications:

• 2+ years Manufacturing experience required
• 1+ years leadership/coordination desired
• Experience using SAP desired
• Experience using Payroll or Time Keeping software desired
• Experience using Microsoft Office required.
