Secretary - Facilities and Operations Department

The Neshaminy School District has a 12 month Secretarial opening in the Facilities and Operations Department. This position supports the Custodian and Grounds Supervisor and the Facilities & Operations Department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: handling routine office tasks; Manage on line building usage program forms including billing; manage staff time sheets cards and maintain attendance records; arrange substitute coverage; order supplies for department and buildings; process utility orders and billings and track utility usage using district software; handle all petty cash needs. Qualifications include but are not limited to, strong computer skills including word, spreadsheet and ability to learn purchasing, and departmental software programs; ability to work independently; ability to multitask; good communication skills.
