This role will focus on hyperscale data centres, pharmaceutical facilities, major remediation works, public sector frameworks, commercial developments, and international technical delivery. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead their MEP division, driving technical excellence, operational performance, and strategic growth across their project portfolio.Key Responsibilities:• Strategic Leadership & Business Growth Define and execute the MEP business strategy, driving sustainable growth across key sectors including data centres, life sciences, and critical infrastructure, while identifying new market opportunities and strengthening client relationships. • Operational Oversight & Project Delivery Provide executive oversight across a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality MEP design and consultancy services, with a strong focus on programme, cost, and technical performance. • Client Engagement & Sector Leadership Act as a senior point of contact for key clients, building long-term partnerships and positioning the business as a trusted advisor on complex engineering solutions, particularly within hyperscale and regulated environments. • Team Leadership & Capability Development Lead, mentor, and grow multidisciplinary MEP teams, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring the business attracts, retains, and develops top engineering talent. • Commercial & Risk Management Take full accountability for P&L performance, resource planning, and commercial risk management, ensuring robust governance across all projects and alignment with overall business objectives.Requirements• Proven track record in a senior leadership role (Director / Managing Director level) within an MEP consultancy or engineering environment

• Strong background delivering complex projects across sectors such as data centres, life sciences/pharmaceutical, or large-scale commercial developments
• Must be based in Dublin
• Degree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent), with chartership or working towards chartership preferredBenefits 200,000 - 220,000 + Package
