The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, assisting customers with general inquiries, providing accurate event-related information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position is ideal for an entry-level candidate with strong communication skills who enjoys helping people and working in a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities * Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls in a professional and friendly manner. * Respond to customer inquiries regarding events, schedules, services, and general information. * Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, guests, and potential clients. * Document customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-up requests accurately. * Assist with resolving routine customer concerns and directing complex issues to the appropriate department. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Previous call center, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus but not required. * Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. * Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude. * Good organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively. * Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
