Front Desk Manager

Tenney's Siding and Seamless Eavestroughing Co. is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors. The ideal candidate will handle incoming calls, greet clients, manage administrative tasks, and provide exceptional customer service while supporting daily office operations. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors in a professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Maintain accurate records and update company databases. Prepare, file, and organize documents and reports. Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Assist with data entry, invoicing, and basic administrative tasks. Maintain office supplies and place orders when needed. Support management and team members with administrative projects. Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Benefits Competitive hourly pay $42,000 - $65, 000 Health, dental, and vision insurance.
