What the Job Looks Like Operate production line equipment in a safe and efficient manner Package, label, and palletize finished goods according to specifications Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and food safety standards Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized work environment (think audit-ready at all times) Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting Monitor production flow and report any issues or downtime immediately Accurately complete production and quality documentation Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
