Are you a driven Recruiter ready to take full ownership of the hiring process from start to finish? Join our team as a Healthcare Recruiter supporting our Loudoun and Western Loudoun County territory, based out of our Ashburn office.

We are seeking a motivated professional who is passionate about connecting compassionate caregivers with meaningful work. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for Caregivers, CNAs, PCAs, and HHAs who make a difference in the lives of clients every day.

What You'll Do

Lead full-cycle recruiting for caregiver and healthcare aide roles
Source candidates through online platforms, referrals, and community partnerships
Screen, interview, and evaluate applicants for skill, reliability, and culture fit
Oversee onboarding processes and ensure licensing and credential compliance
Partner closely with operations leadership to meet staffing goals across Loudoun County
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified caregivers

What We're Looking For

Prior healthcare recruiting experience (caregiver or CNA recruiting strongly preferred)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Passion for supporting compassionate caregivers and delivering quality care
