Senior Manager, Software Engineer Service Supply Chain

Overview Digital products play a central role in how we create value for customers, support the teams who serve them, and shape the consumer experience. Our product organization brings together small, empowered teams that move with clarity, speed, and purpose, enabling digital to be a meaningful source of advantage across Coca‑Cola’s North America Operating Unit. The Software Engineer will be a core contributor on an empowered product team, working closely with Product Management, Design, and fellow Engineers to build high‑quality software that solves real customer problems. Key Responsibilities Partner with Product Management and Product Design to deeply understand customer problems, workflows, and pain points. Contribute to solution discovery, including ideation, prototyping, and evaluating multiple approaches. Provide a technical perspective to identify what is feasible, valuable, and worth building. Challenge assumptions and propose alternative solutions that are simpler, faster, or more impactful. Lead the technical direction for the team’s product area, defining and guiding the architecture and system design. Make pragmatic trade‑offs between speed, scalability, maintainability, and cost while ensuring alignment with broader platform and enterprise architecture. Identify and manage technical risks early, surfacing trade‑offs clearly to partners. Own end‑to‑end engineering outcomes, ensuring solutions meet standards for performance, reliability, security, and scalability. Maintain a high bar for code quality and system design through reviews and hands‑on contribution. Drive continuous improvement of the product through iteration, feedback, and learning. Define and track success metrics and outcomes with Product and Data teams, using data, customer feedback, and experimentation to guide decisions. Help the team balance short‑term delivery with long‑term product and technical health. Contribute to a strong engineering culture by defining and evolving engineering standards, patterns, and best practices across teams. Promote a culture of pragmatism, simplicity, and high‑quality execution. Collaborate with other tech leads to ensure consistency and leverage shared solutions where appropriate. Qualifications 5+ years of software engineering experience. Experience building and shipping production‑grade applications. Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (frontend, backend, APIs). Experience working with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud environments. Experience working on cross‑functional product teams (Product, Design, Engineering). Experience contributing to product discovery or solution design, not just delivery. Track record of technical leadership within a team (formal or informal). Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis and must not require sponsorship to continue working legally. Pay & Benefits Pay Range (U.S.): $152,000 – $178,300 USD (base pay). A full range of medical, financial, and other benefits is offered. Annual incentive: ~15% of base. Location Atlanta, United States. Travel Required: 0% – 25%. Relocation provided.
