Job Title: Policyholder Support Specialist Monthly Pay: $4,900 - $5,400 USD per month Summary: You will support policyholders by clarifying coverage questions, locating policy details, and guiding requests through the next step. This full-time, fully remote North Carolina role blends service with accurate premium and account follow-through. Job Responsibilities: Resolution of policyholder questions on premiums, documents, and renewals. Review of account records for accuracy and outstanding requests. Coordination with carrier contacts and agencies on routine needs. Documentation of conversations and outcomes in service platforms. Explanation of payment options, notices, and required forms. Identification of exceptions and routing to appropriate partners. Qualifications: Experience in policy services, billing support, or customer-facing finance. Familiarity with policy terms, coverage, premiums, and renewals. Comfort navigating multiple web-based service and account platforms. Ability to explain account information with accuracy and empathy. Judgment for recognizing sensitive requests and escalating appropriately. Capacity to manage a remote queue and follow documented procedures. Remote-first workspace with home-based daily work.
