Process Architect (LSNA-PA/OH/IN/NC)

We are looking for a driven and curious client‑focused Process Architecture Professional to grow with our team. As a Process Architecture Professional, you’ll be involved in a wide range of activities—from early feasibility studies to production of detail design documents, to rapid technical assistance during construction. You will work directly with clients and support our Architecture Subject Matter Experts in developing feasibility studies, concept designs, and masterplans. You must have excellent CAD/BIM skills, including the ability to prepare 3D visualization images to facilitate client decision‑making, and the ability to take design concepts through to construction documentation while coordinating with in‑house engineering disciplines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher—an accredited Architecture school. Minimum of 8 years of applicable professional experience. Proficiency in Revit. Experience implementing project processes (programming, conceptual design, design development, and construction documents). Ability to work independently. Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks for multiple concurrent projects. Ability to coordinate within a multi‑disciplinary team and engage virtually with team members in different geographic locations. Willingness to work in a hybrid environment (minimum 2 days per week in the office). Technical knowledge related to construction documents in Revit. Proficiency in Sketch‑Up. Strong graphic presentation skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign). Proficiency in Navisworks and Revizto. Proficiency with MS Office, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam Revu. Experience performing construction administration activities—responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, preparing field observation reports, and punchlisting. United States Citizen. Preferred Qualifications Focus on Life Sciences projects with specific experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry standards and cGMP requirements. Familiarity with LEED and/or sustainable strategies. Involvement in professional and/or community associations. Business development and marketing experience. Ability to contribute to the development of new ideas, techniques, and standards. Compensation The base salary range for this position is $110,600.00 to $190,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
