WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As the Center Sales Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of daily center operations while motivating your team to meet performance goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll work closely with both the Guest Sales Associates and Wax Specialists to ensure smooth execution of all business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team Drive sales through effective performance management and goal setting Create a culture of excellence in guest service Monitor and manage center metrics, productivity, and profitability Maintain staffing levels, training standards, and team accountability Resolve guest issues with professionalism and care Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures Adapt quickly to new initiatives and a constantly evolving industry

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
