Mental Health Therapist

Responsibilities Include Conducting culturally sensitive assessments for diverse clients and families. Providing tailored outpatient individual and family therapy to promote healing and resilience. Developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support client stability. Participating in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning to enhance care. Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately and timely. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff for holistic care. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field. Provisional license if required by state regulation. Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care. Strong communication skills, ethical practice, and confidentiality. Ability to manage time efficiently and complete administrative tasks effectively. Dedication to ongoing professional development, including supervision and continuing education.
