MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Rotating shift

5:00 am - 5:30 pm

$26.98 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
• Inspect equipment to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems.
• Operate maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Complete maintenance work orders and maintain accurate records.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades.
• Support production by responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Train or assist less experienced maintenance personnel as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledgeable Maintenance Technician with experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience required.
• Experience with facility maintenance, including building repairs and general upkeep.
• Forklift operation experience required.
• Experience operating SkyTrak and scissor lift equipment required.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Basic welding, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
