Junior Account Manager

Cavco Dorchester is hiring a Junior Account Manager for our sales department. This position is an entry-level inside position primarily assisting with home sales to our retail centers and community owners.

As a Junior Account Manager your daily responsibilities include:

• Creating quotes, with floor plans, for detailed customer follow-ups
• Correlate orders for our internal order check and prep them for the production floor
• Engage with the dealer base via email, telephone and some field travel
• Support sales staff and other departments as needed
• Periodic mailings of marketing collateral

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of the building industry and home construction
• Computer skills using Windows 365 and the full Microsoft Office Suite
• High School Diploma/Equivalent degree and desire for quality customer service
