Food Runner - Full Time Katy Trail Ice House | 3127 Routh St, Dallas, TX As a Food Runner at Katy Trail Ice House, you'll be an essential part of our fast-paced hospitality team, ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and efficiently. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working alongside both front-of-house and kitchen staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Key Responsibilities Run and deliver food orders to guests in a timely manner Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to coordinate food delivery Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area Support servers in ensuring customer satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Schedule Full-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
