About the Role

We are looking for an organized, dependable Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creative work, staying organized, and helping projects move forward.

You will support day-to-day marketing projects, requests, content creation, email communications, event support, and team coordination. The right person is detail-oriented, communicates proactively, takes direction well, and follows through on assigned work.

This is a full-time, in-office position in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

Content and Marketing Support

• Create and update content, social media posts, email content, presentations, and other marketing materials
• Draft and proofread content for newsletters, email copy, event communications, and basic campaign messaging
• Resize, format, and adapt approved materials for different platforms and needs
• Help maintain marketing templates, brand assets, shared folders, and content calendars

Project and Team Support

• Track assigned marketing requests, deadlines, approvals, revisions, and next steps
• Follow up when information, approvals, or materials are missing
• Prepare marketing materials for meetings, presentations, campaigns, webinars, events, and internal initiatives
• Help coordinate event materials, print orders, and promotional items
• Keep marketing files, project records, and shared team resources organized
• Communicate proactively when work is delayed, unclear, blocked, or ready for review

• Strong writing, proofreading, organization, and attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication skills and comfort working with multiple teams
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, shared files, and calendars
• Prior experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, social media, client service, or project support preferred
