Job Description Experience: Mid Level Salary: $75,000 - $125,000 per year Job Details Responsibilities Conduct detailed analysis of project costs, including labor, materials, equipment, and time requirements. Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates and bids. Conduct thorough material take offs (MTO) to determine project requirements. Leverage expertise in commercial construction and blueprint reading to deliver high-quality project estimations. Utilize industry-specific software such as Bluebeam and PROCORE to enhance estimation accuracy and efficiency. Participate in the negotiation process with clients and suppliers to secure profitable contracts. Collaborate with the construction management team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Continually monitor industry trends and advancements to enhance estimation accuracy and efficiency. Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial reports. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in project estimation, bidding, and construction management. Proficiency in using industry-specific software such as Bluebeam and PROCORE. Solid understanding of commercial construction, blueprint reading, and material take off (MTO). Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing profitable contracts. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and competitive project estimates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong knowledge of construction industry trends and advancements. Professional certification in project estimation or construction management will be an added advantage.
