What You'll Do

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care following the nursing process within the Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards.
• Assess patient needs, develop, and implement individualized care plans.
• Effectively communicate and delegate tasks within the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and families to promote health and understanding.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and unit goals.
• Use data and clinical knowledge to enhance patient outcomes.

What You Need

• Current registered nurse (RN) license in Louisiana
• 2+ years of relevant clinical experience
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Proficiency in computer and electronic health record systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Certification in a clinical specialty area
