What You'll Do Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, and meals. Monitor residents' well-being and promptly report changes in condition. Engage residents in activities that encourage connection and independence. Work closely with families and team members to provide personalized, compassionate care. Promote safety, dignity, and respect in everything you do. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and genuine passion for working with seniors. Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate approach. A dependable team player who enjoys helping others. Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training!
