Atlanta, GA | $150K–$300K+ | Pre-Qualified Leads | Uncapped
If you’re already closing $1M+ annually in kitchen or bath remodeling, you don’t need another “job.” You need a better platform. This role is built for proven designers who want:

1. Real Income Leverage (Not Just Promises)
- Up to 15% commission
- Plus up to 3% on self-generated work

- Maintain strong client communication and generate referrals
- You’ve personally closed $1M+ annually in residential remodeling sales
- You’re confident in the home and know how to control a consultation
- You’re frustrated by:
- weak leads
- slow internal processes
- capped commissions
- You want your income to reflect your actual performance
- 1-2 consultations/day, 5 days per week
- Wednesdays: team meeting + coaching (half day)
- 2 Saturdays/month minimum
- Limited evening appointments
