What you’ll do Draft/negotiation: PSAs, leases (office/retail/industrial), financing docs, easements, and closing deliverables. Due diligence: Titles/commitments, surveys, legal descriptions; manage curative and exception removal; coordinate with title/escrow. Deal execution: Structure and close commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and financings (including mortgage and construction loans). Development support: Zoning/entitlements strategy, permitting paths, and land‑use risk spotting. What we’re looking for 4+ years experience in Commercial real estate background (transactional) Comfort running titles/surveys/due diligence and coordinating closings.
