Impact on the built environment: Advise on development, zoning, entitlements, and land-use—helping clients get projects entitled and across the finish line Breadth of clients: Work with owners, investors, developers, HOAs/condos, and REIT-style vehicles, giving you wide exposure and repeatable skills. What you’ll do Draft/negotiation: PSAs, leases (office/retail/industrial), financing docs, easements, and closing deliverables. Due diligence: Titles/commitments, surveys, legal descriptions; manage curative and exception removal; coordinate with title/escrow. Deal execution: Structure and close commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and financings (including mortgage and construction loans). Development support: Zoning/entitlements strategy, permitting paths, and land-use risk spotting. What we’re looking for 4+ years experience in Commercial real estate background (transactional) Comfort running titles/surveys/due diligence and coordinating closings.
