Maintenance Technician

Location: Caldwell, TX

Company: Non-Ferrous Extrusions

Pay: $17.50-$26.00/hr, depending on experience

Schedule: 12-hour shifts

Day Shift: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM

Night Shift: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM

Availability: Monday-Sunday availability required

Job Type: Full-Time

Snelling is now hiring Maintenance Technicians for Non-Ferrous Extrusions in Caldwell, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on industrial maintenance experience who can troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Job Duties:

Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues
Repair motors, control panels, PLCs, wiring, pumps, valves, cylinders, and fluid lines
Perform preventive maintenance inspections, lubrication, and part replacements
Help reduce downtime and keep production moving
Maintain accurate maintenance logs
Assist with spare parts and tools inventory
Follow all safety rules and PPE requirements
Work overtime and weekends as needed

Requirements:

2-3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
PLC, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting experience strongly preferred
Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams is a plus
Experience with motors, control circuits, pumps, valves, and actuators preferred
Welding or fabrication experience is a plus
Must be reliable and punctual
Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Pay: $17.50-$26.00/hr, depending on experience
