Registered Nurse (RN) - Weekends job at Easterseals PORT Health. Woodbridge, VA. Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated part-time RN to join our Virginia REACH team designed to provide support to individuals in our Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home (YCTH) located in Woodbridge, VA. Current Open Schedule: Every Saturday and Sunday 11a-11p. What You’ll Do: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides medical support and nursing services for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs within our adult crisis therapeutic home. Responsibilities include administering medications, conducting nursing assessments, providing health education, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting individuals’ overall health and wellness. What We’re Looking For: To join our team, you must be able to provide care in a crisis group home, have a passion for helping others, experience with MS Office suite and data entry, strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as a valid driver's license and car insurance. We also require the following: Current valid, unrestricted licensed as a Registered Nurse in state of Virginia. Knowledge of the MH and I/DD systems of care preferred. Experience with crisis prevention and intervention services preferred.
