Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An exciting opportunity is available for a Pharmacist In Charge (PIC) to lead operations at a newly established pharmacy within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting. This direct hire position offers a dynamic role where strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with healthcare providers are key.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as Pharmacist In Charge, overseeing all pharmacy operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Maintain compliance with 340B program requirements and internal policies
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff to promote quality service and team development
- Collaborate closely with on-site healthcare providers and clinical teams to optimize patient care and medication use
- Ensure the pharmacy meets all legal, regulatory, and safety standards
Desired Experience:
- Proven background as a Pharmacist In Charge in an FQHC setting is required
- Experience with 340B program management and compliance
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with healthcare providers and internal staff
- Current Florida pharmacist license in good standing
