Through our 12 nursing homes, 10 assisted living, and 8 independent living communities encompassing nearly 2,000 beds, we provide exceptional health care services, including long‑term nursing care, assisted and independent living, memory care, hospice, home care, respite care, and short‑term post‑acute rehabilitation. Job Location: Elms Retirement Village – Wellington, OH 44090. Qualifications Nursing assistant in accordance with state regulations. At minimum a high school diploma or equivalent. Certified Medication Aide: completion of a state‑approved training program, successful examination, and proof of state certification upon application. Essential Job Functions Follow established performance standards and perform duties according to nursing service policies and procedures. Provide direct resident care as assigned. Complete tub baths, showers, or bed baths. Take residents to the dining room and assist in feeding as assigned. Give personal care to all residents assigned.
