Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in water infrastructure construction or very related heavy/industrial construction to add to our growing team in the Northern Virginia region. Qualification BS in Civil, Mechanical, or Construction Engineering. A minimum of 5 years experience in Water Infrastructure Construction or very related heavy/industrial construction. Experience successfully leading teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Project Manager Daily Life Project Leadership & Communication: Lead and facilitate project meetings, providing regular updates and reporting to key stakeholders while maintaining strong relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and vendors. Safety Management Champion: Actively drive the company's Zero Injury Safety Program, fostering a culture of safety accountability across all project teams and job sites. Schedule, Budget & Cost Control: Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, establish budgets and implement proactive cost control measures to ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial targets. Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination: Build and maintain productive working relationships with subcontractors and vendors, overseeing the contract awarding process to ensure seamless project execution. Train & Develop: Assigned staff including project Engineers, Co‑op/Interns.
